Do you do commissions and collaborations?

We’ve designed co-branded collaborations for companies like Pinterest, The Hoxton and Kitchen Provisions. If there’s something you have in mind, send us an email at hello@the-completist.com.

Unfortunately, we do not do collaborations with influencers.

Do you take wholesale orders?

Absolutely. Go to the-completist.com/wholesale and you can request access there.

Delivery & Returns

How long does it take for you to ship my order (updated for COVID-19)?

All items ordered from the ‘currently available’ tab will be shipped on Wednesdays. Phone cases are made to order, so they ship in 2-3 days – these are shipping as normal. All other items will ship around April 16 – we currently do not have access to our studio, so this is an estimate for when we will be able to get things out to you. We will keep you updated and try to ship everything as soon as possible.

How do you ship my order?

We ship everything via Royal Mail. For international orders, you will receive email tracking details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

What if I want to return my order?

No worries! We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Just send us an email to let us know at hello@the-completist.com before you send it. Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs and items must be in original condition.

Discount codes?

We are aware that some coupon sites have discount codes for us posted – we’ve tried to get them taken down but to no avail. Unfortunately we cannot honour any discount codes that are posted on 3rd party websites, as they’re often listed with incorrect expiry dates.

We don’t want you to be disappointed, so please make sure you’re following us on instagram (@the.completist) – we only post discount codes there!

Good to know –

International buyers are responsible for any import duties and taxes. We send all international orders tracked so you know where it is. Sometimes there are pesky delays with customs – these things are out of our hands, so we can’t be held responsible for them.
