Do you do commissions and collaborations?

Yes! We can do custom orders, if there’s something special you want. We’ve collaborated with other brands before, we’ve even designed textile prints! If there’s something you have in mind, send us an email at hello@the-completist.com.

Do you take wholesale orders?

Absolutely. Send us an email at orders@the-completist.com and we’ll let you know how you can access the lookbook and price list.

Delivery & Returns

How long does it take for you to ship my order?

We will ship your order within 1-2 days.

How do you ship my order?

We ship everything via Royal Mail first class post. For notebooks, sketches, prints and tote bags, we will send you a tracking number when we send dispatch confirmation.

What if I want to return my order?

No worries! We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Just send us an email to let us know at hello@the-completist.com before you send it. Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs and items must be in original condition.

Good to know –

International buyers are responsible for any import duties and taxes. We send all international orders tracked so you know where it is. Sometimes there are pesky delays with customs – these things are out of our hands, so we can’t be held responsible for them.

What do you do with my information?

Don’t worry – we only use your info to contact you about your order and we will never pass it on to third parties. Your privacy is important to us too.
